How to do your IELTS registration in Pakistan:

1. Ensure that you carry a valid passport or a national identity card. It is worth mentioning here that if you are below the age of 18 years, you must submit a written consent of a parent or a guardian in order to be eligible to apply for an IELTS exam.

2. Read Information for Candidates (in English and Urdu) which provides essential information about IELTS exam format, types of questions, and test results.  IELTS test is not recommended under the age of 16. If you are over 18 you can take IELTS preparation test and apply for ielts exam.

3. Submit test fee. In Pakistan, there are the following options available for you to submit your IELTS test booking fees:

Pay Fee Offline:

The cheapest way to pay is through interbank transfer (IBFT) using ATM or internet banking.

You may deposit cash at any Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) or Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) around your area. Please use our bank details to make the payment.

Pay online: You can pay your IELTS exam fee via credit card in Pakistan.

4. Once you have completed the IELTS application with payment for the test, you will get an email to confirm your registration date for IELTS within three business days if there is a seat available on your preferred test date. If all seats are sold out for the test dates you have ranked, you will be automatically shifted to your next preferred test date or the next available test date.

Timelines for IELTS Fee Payment and Registration Confirmation

Once you have booked your IELTS test you will receive an email informing you of your start time and the location details. You can book your IELTS Speaking test at any time – on your scheduled test day or up to a week before or after your scheduled test day – as long as there is space in the schedule.

You will also get your IELTS Reference Number which will give you access to the Test Taker Portal. Please make sure you enter your email address correctly when you book your test.

All IELTS fees must be received within three days of enrolment and three days prior to your first test (IELTS Speaking or Main Exam, whichever comes first).

If you pay online for IELTS Academic or IELTS General Training during our business hours, we will confirm your registration by email on the same day.

If you pay online for IELTS for UKVI or Life Skills, we will confirm your enrolment on the same day or the next working day.

If you pay off-line for IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training or IELTS for UKVI/Life Skills, we will confirm your enrolment on the next business day.

Cancellation of IELTS Test Booking

As we all know that where there is life there is also rise and fall along with it so in case of emergency first case that come in candidate’s mind is how to cancel IELTS test? So with the guidelines mentioned below you can easily apply for cancellation of your exam or to change the date of your exam if you are not fully prepared.

The whole process of refund will take around 4 to 6 weeks. No refunds will be permitted for IELTS within five weeks of the test date.

To cancel your IELTS (Academic and General Training) test, please log in to the Test Taker Portal and submit a cancellation request, along with an upload of supporting documentation/evidence but if you wish to cancel your UKVI or Life Skills test, please complete a Refund Application Form.

Requesting a Test Day Transfer

In case you wish to transfer the date of your test from the date you booked, you can do so right up to five weeks before the test date.

It is worth noting that the new test date should be within a period of three months from the original date. In the event of illness, the transfer can be done within a period of five weeks leading to the test date if the original medical certificate is submitted within two working days from the test date.

Can I book IELTS 2 days before?

No. IELTS candidates must book their IELTS test date at least 3 days prior to the actual IELTS test date.

What documents required for booking IELTS exam?

Valid Passport- The valid passport of the individual is the only document which is accepted as a proof of identity. The national IDs of the person like one’s CNIC card can also be used but the passport is suggested to be used.
